What Know Before You Go *

  • We advise guests arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for registration/check-in and preparation for your treatment. We require a $50 deposit for all appointments that are on events days. We do not accept walk-ins and do not take anyone early…Please do not come super early hoping to be “squeezed’ in as we have limited seating and busy schedules.

  • Arrival after 10 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all customers we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot…etc. So please plan accordingly. Anything later than 15 minutes is subject to cancelling and rescheduling.

  • You cannot bring children with you to your appointment unless you have another adult to accompany you to watch your child in the waiting area. Children under the age of 18 cannot wait in the waiting area unattended. No children are allowed in the treatment rooms under any circumstances. If you cannot find childcare, you will need to reschedule. For child safety and liability reasons you need to adhere to these guidelines. You may only be accompanied by one guest and they must wait in the waiting area. Nobody aside from our staff is allowed in the treatment room during your procedure. If you are disabled and require any assistance please let us know at the time of booking.

  • Guests are responsible for lateness and no-shows. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment on an event day your deposit will be redeemed for that session and you will not receive a refund. Any no shows related to service packages are subject to the forfeit of that scheduled treatment. Guests who cancel or reschedule reservations before 24 hours of their appointment time are granted full credit at the clinic.

  • The clinic accepts Cash (We do not carry change.), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Care Credit, and checks as payment. Service Providers prefer cash tips but also have Venmo if that is easier.

  • We are constantly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change.

  • We stand behind the products/Services we sell or provide so therefore, all sales are final. We will replace or refund items damaged or lost in transit.

  • We always recommend a consultation prior to purchasing new products, to ensure they are right for your skin type, color and texture. If a consultation is not possible, we are happy to send instructions on proper use for our products. We are not liable for products improperly used.
